Living in Martin County
Martin County is a coastal community with a hometown vibe. It’s located on what locals endearingly refer to as the “Treasure Coast.” Some claim this nickname came from the frequent discovery of actual treasure like Spanish galleons that sometimes wash ashore from old-world shipwrecks. However, we feel it can be attributed to other treasures here, including the priceless small-town culture, beautiful beaches, more than 75 parks, and the most bio-diverse lagoon ecosystem in the Northern Hemisphere, the St. Lucie Inlet.
